Cooking Instructions

DIRECTION FOR USE: Remove outer packaging.

All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Microwave from frozen (based on a 900w microwave). 

Place on a microwaveable plate and pierce film lid several times. Cook on full power for 5 minutes, stir and re-cover. Cook for an additional 3 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute after cooking.

CAUTION: Beware of escaping steam when removing film. Handle carefully to avoid scalding.

Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.

DO NOT RE-FREEZE ONCE DEFROSTED

*Must be -18oC or colder when freezing.
